Default brown rice?

ok i recently started putting brown rice into my diet, mainly for the fiber but i actually like it, its yummy in stir fry's and mixed with roast veg.
so my question is, now im back on the low carb diet can i still have brown rice?
of course ill have to lower my portion.
thanks in advance.

It all depends on which plan you choose to follow and how long into the plan you've managed to get.
Meaning, most low carb plans have us start the first 2 weeks without any starches or sugars...brown rice is a starch as is any other grain.
after the first 2 weeks, some plans allow for small servings of starch as in brown rice or other whole grain or winter squashes or sweet potatoes.

FYI- a portion of brown rice is 1/4 cup, hardly worth it if you ask me.

is that 1/4 cooked or uncooked rice?

Vegetables have lots of fiber. Especially spinach and cabbage families.
