Lightbulb A Cost Benefit Analysis of Getting Lean

I ran across this infographic/article today and it really struck a chord with me. While they don't talk about LC specifically, they're break down is pretty spot on.
It's an overview of what habits you have to change to get different results in your body fat. I think the views the express are really healthy self image and this could be useful for anyone. I'm posting it here in TDC, since I think maybe we forget what our goals really look like sometimes.
