Default Spaghetti Factory Pesto Salad Dressing

Hi! This is one of my favorite salad dressings. I found the recipe on the net and it tastes exactly like the restaurant version. If I've done the calculations properly, there are 19 carbs (23 less 4 fiber) in the whole recipe, which makes almost 3 cups of dressing.

3/4 cup oil
1 cup mayo
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 tbs. Parmesan cheese
2 tbs. crushed dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced

Whisk it all together and let it sit, covered, in the fridge overnight so the flavors blend.

The recipe says it makes a great chicken marinade, but I haven't tried that. But it's a great salad dressing, I promise!

Sounds great. I'll have to give it a try.

This looks good! I often marinate chicken in pesto so I will try that with this recipe. I wonder how long it stays good, time to experiment.
