"make this photo your in progress photo"

I posted two "during" photos of myself. It has made the first one of those my "current" photo. It's actually not. I would like the second of those two photos as my "current" photo. When I'm in my gallery, there is a link that I believe says "Make this photo your in progress photo." So I click that, and it processes a bit, then takes me to a blank page. And the in progress photo is not changed. I'm thinking that process is broken? Can someone help?
