I love these noodles, I drain them, rinse them and do not smell them.. I always heat mine in a pan until they are completely dry and then I incorporate sauce or what not..

i love them too- with CERTAIN foods.

for example- marinara- eh.

but in chicken soup, they are great! or to make "pho."
in thai peanut sauce- amazing!
in stirfrys- definitely like them.
creamy sauces like cheese sauce, alfredo or pesto- yum.

i just drain and dry REALLY well. they microwave well, too.

be careful just to heat them, not over cook them! they turn to rubber fairly quickly.
