Default Low Carb Juicing?

Does anyone have any recipes for Low Carb Juicing? I want to continue juicing but with low carb veggies. I had too many fruits and found I was just craving more carbs!

I've recently started making smoothies. I like them a lot. I do not consider them 'juicing' as I use the entire veggie or fruit. Which is unlike juicing as that only uses the juice and that raises the GI of the food itself without the fiber. Not a good thing when we are low carbing it.
So, I ask you, are you juicing or having smoothies?

I've been making smoothies with frozen asst. berries and a handful of greens, mostly spinach and sometimes kale. Last night I made a smoothie with :
1/3 cup greek yogurt,
1/2 cup berries,
1 splenda,
2 tsp chia seed meal,
1/4 cup coconut chips
8 ozs coconut milk( could be water)
It was really nice!

I'm going to do a chocolate smoothie soon.

I love to make smoothies in my NutriBullet and I was not giving that up. So twice a day, I just blast me 2 cups of spinach and a cup of cuccumbers. That is it. It actually tastes pretty good. It's not filling, but I just figured it a fun way to get my veggies!!

Nice! Good for you that you found a fun way to get some veggies in.

I've been adding in chia seed meal for the extra fiber. Mine is the Magic Bullett, which was the name before it became the Nutri Bullett.

I keep hearing about chi seeds. I may add them. Thanks!

Yes, I was TOTALLY sucked in by the informercial for the NutriBullet 900(latest and greatest). Ha! I can't help it, impulse buy. But it is sooooo easy to use and way easier to clean than a blender or juicer. It takes like 38 seconds to clean!

I just bought some chia seeds and will try it in my bullet. I have not been using my juicer at all lately. Been on a 90 day challenge and sticking pretty close to the rules.
I will try the bullet recipe with just veges and see if I can drink it! O

Great Gloria!!
I found that too much chia see meal caused me to bloat up and get constipated. 1 tbsp. was enough, not 2.
