Glad to hear you're gonna get back on the LC wagon

Mayo has 2 carbs/tablespoon; 3 tbsp in 1 can drained tuna give you a lot of bang for your buck IMHO. One of the keys to fighting off hunger & cravings in this WOL is consuming enough fat. *If* you can handle olive oil on tuna (with spices) instead of mayo, go for it. The tuna/mayo is a quick easy way to get the protein & fat you need to satisfy your body's cravings and thus to be successful in your weight loss journey.

Happy LC'ing

Ruth

Just throwing in my 2 cents here....depends on the mayo. Hellman's has next to no carbs (according to Netzer, 11 gms of fat account for 99 out of 100 calories). Mayo-type dressings like Miracle Whip are indeed quite carby, as Ruth points out. Homemade is best, since YOU decide what goes into it!
