Default Hi Everybody!

Howdy.

I've been on and off LC style plans for years. Lost 75# and felt great at my lowest on Primal, gained it back and have yoyoed the same 20-60# for years now. The cause being obvious back sliding and noncompliance. (Grad school will mess your mind up.)

So, time to dial it back in and go for it again with no more shenanigans.

Leaning towards going back to primalish.

Clearly you've learned Lesson One: It works if you do it.

Best wishes on Lesson Two: Doing it.

This is a good place to hold yourself accountable and find some good company on the never-ending journey.
