Default Coleslaw with Stevia

Ok, I looked at some different recipes and have come up with my own. It came out great!

1 14 oz package coleslaw mix
3/4 cup mayo (more or less to desired creaminess)
3 tbsp ACV
3 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp stevia
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp black pepper

I chopped up the coleslaw mix a bit more then mixed everything well in a mixing bowl and chilled for an hour. You could start with half a cup of mayo like I did and then add more as needed.

Followup:

I just made the same thing again and used only one tbsp of stevia and it came out better I think. The stevia does seem to get sweeter as it sets and the flavors blend.

I love cole slaw, but always make my own as other cole slaws are always too sweet! Cole slaw is one of those foods that I feel should be savory, so always wonder why sweetener or sugar is added. I never add any to mine, which is just the way I like it.
