new here

I wanted to say hi. Im new to low carbing been doing for about 2 and a half months. Iv been on owl for 1 month but I start induction yesterday again I'm ready to reach my w.g. The lowest Iv reached was 186,I'm 31, I have 2 kids

ages 2 years and 6 months, a military wife for 11 years Looking forward to making new friends .
