Low-carb Ice cream

I found a low carb ice cream at Woolworths to-day, only 9.4 Carbs per 100 mls which if I understand the label right is lower than the Peters low carb. Tastes nice too. I bought the icecream from Nerang Woolies on the Gold Coast.

is it just me, or the the amount of ice cream you can actually eat, really make it useless, i mean 100ml of ice cream, for so much trouble, am i the only one that thinks its not worth it

instead of 100ml of ice cream you could have 150grams of very filling, nutritious broccoli (~ same carbs)

Broccoli just doesnt compare, although shop in darling harbour sells broccoli ice cream...go figure
