Phase 2

Breakfast: 2 egg whites~small amount thin sliced pepperoni~mixed peppers, green nions & red. fat mozz cheese.
low cal yogurt w/ splenda

coffee with splenda & f/f creamer

Lunch~meatballs. large salad (romaine, spinach, & tomato) with low carb/sugar italian dressing. Diet soda

Snack~dried apricots/ cheese stick

Dinner~Broiled chicken breast~lots of veggies. crystal light

Tea w/splenda & skim milk

l-salad w) dress Morn Star beef strips W)peppers & onions in a taco shell

d-chicken tenders on 1/2 c barley with green beans

L: Raw snow peas, 10 cherry tomatoes, roast beef roll ups with horseradish and lf muenster cheese

S: 1/4 cup pistachios

D: Chicken and basil burgers, with side salad (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard and splenda dressing)

Phase 1:

exercise: 5:15am: 45min muscle conditioning class + 10 min running on treadmill (5.8mph)

B: 3 eggs + 1 slice cheese, coffee
snack: hummus + celery
lunch: tuna on salad, water
snack: non fat plain yogurt (1c) + celery
dinner:chicken veggie pita (I only ate about 1/2 of small pita)...
snack:

weight: 176

Brekkie: Breakfast Shake
Snack: forgot
Lunch: 2 c. spinach, 2 tbsp caesar dressing, 1/2 c. mushrooms, 1 egg (spinach salad); also: a few celery stalks with light laughing cow cheese and smoked salmon (YUMMMMM!)
Snack: skim mozza cheese and four strawberries
Dinner: don't know yet
Dessert: Fudgesicle
