Hey everyone!!!! My name is Brook .. I am 24 ... Turning 25 a week from today lol =) yay! .. I started atkins about 6 weeks ago ... I am really searching for some friends and support.. I have a good support team at home but I'd like some people to talk to that are going through the diet as well !! I started a blog to track success and also keep me motivated! I posted my before and current pictures there !! Also.. Is there anyone with hypothyroidism and PCOS on the Atkins? I'd love to talk to you!! ;]

I look forward to hearing from all of yall .. and gaining new friendships!!

Kudos to you for designing a blog site to track your journey! I will visit it often to watch your progress.

May I also suggest that you create a journal on this site; it may cause double the work but its a tool with so many benefits. Particularly its a way to meet & make friends, to develop a support network. Pop by mine anytime!

I agree how every celebration seems to always center around food. Here in Canada, we recently celebrated our Thanksgiving. I stayed 100% on program, enjoyed what I ate and had a wonderful time celebrating with my family. That's what its all about, right?!

Its all about choices and choices that are for a long term lifestyle not a short term diet!

I look forward to getting to know you and sharing our journeys.
