Well it isn't that bad being it is only the first day but I am addicted to carbs so I expect to have a rough road ahead. These replies that I'm getting though sure do seem to help a lot. Thanks for the support.

One day at a time, #7. The first few days can be rough - you may even find yourself feeling fatigued or fuzzy headed. It passes. Once your body has detoxed from all the sugar and processed food , you will feel good again.

Hello All, I joined the forum today and started my low carb combo of Atkins/Protein Power on November 30, 2004. So far so good. Need to keep motivated.
