Thanks for all the well wishes and i have not stopped ...not quit..because there is more to go off the bode. I just thought that if i could inspire all those newbies that think this is some kind of fad that takes it off and miraculously you become thin...like some infomercial. No this is the real deal...you stick to this and you will lose....and the best part is that you will never be hungry.

I'm so happy for you! I've just started on my no carb or sugar diet about a month and a half a go and I've lost about 15lb and it's hard. I want say it's easy but it's dueable.You place light in my Darken cave! Please keep up the good work I'll be watching for the light to brighten every day we all will! SHINE ON SISTER SHINE ON!!!!!!! You have given me the LIGHT OF HOPE!!!!!
