Thanks for all the well wishes and i have not stopped ...not quit..because there is more to go off the bode. I just thought that if i could inspire all those newbies that think this is some kind of fad that takes it off and miraculously you become thin...like some infomercial. No this is the real deal...you stick to this and you will lose....and the best part is that you will never be hungry.

You look so differant between the two photos, I know your the same person but you are now able to celerbrate life not just live it.

I'm so happy for you! I've just started on my no carb or sugar diet about a month and a half a go and I've lost about 15lb and it's hard.
