I very very sparingly use liquid Splenda (so none of that carb-bearing fiber that the powdered Splenda has in it). I used to love black tea with sugar (hot or cold), but gave up the hot tea for lemon green tea (because I like with fine without any sweetener in it) and made that a habit. I make a quart or so of iced tea and sweeten with 3 drops of splenda, and it's not hugely sweet but that takes off the bitterness of it and I'm happy. When I'm not on induction I make an Atkins friendly cheesecake (same recipe I've always had, minus the crust and with liquid splenda drops to sweeten). That's about it….I never drink diet sodas or that stuff. So with this really limited use, I've had no problems at all with it.
