trouble losing any more weight
Hi everyone, I'm new to the low carb thing so maybe someone can help me. I've been low-carbing now for four and a half weeks.
I am male and about 5'11". I started out at 260lbs and the first two weeks I lost 16lbs. But since then I haven't been able to lose any more.
I do 15 minutes a day on an eliptical machine and my job requires a lot of walking.
An example of my eating habits is I have 2 slices of bacon with scrambled eggs in the morning, for lunch I have a hamburger patty with some cheese, and for dinner I have a steak with a tossed salad. I also sometimes have low carb jello with whipped cream and some nuts.
Is there something that I'm missing?
Just getting a little frustrated.
