How me, my wife and my mom lost 200lbs in 4 months...
Hello Everyone, I thought some people might get inspiration from my story...
Back on Feb 4th of this year, my wife and I started a diet based on Dr. George Blackburn's Protein Sparring Modified Fast. In a nutshell it's low calorie diet that is low in carbs and fat while maintaining a reasonable amount of protein based on many small meals (I can post my daily meal plan if anyone cares to see it). About 4 months later, I lost 78lbs... my wife lost about the same (with another 30 to go... according to her!) and my mom who is 55 years old joined us and lost about 50lbs. Together we lost about 200lbs! Here are a couple photos of us... And yes, the photos are real! DUH
PS. We worked with a local DR. here in Montreal on a weekly basis... any drastic change in diet should be monitored by a DR.
