Default Hello all

I'm new to your site, but not new to low carbing. I have a lot of reading to do as I familiarize myself with this forum. Hoping you will all be my source of inspiration and information!

Hey there Nine!

I've been a member here for 10 years now.. off and on. :-) I've had great success with low carb... when I remember it's a way of eating, not a diet! The people here are great.

Looking forward to chatting with you!

It's very helpful to start a journal - people come visit you and you can poke around in other journals as well. So many good food ideas and its so inspiring to see what others have overcome and are doing. We are all in it together!

I was gonna ask the same thing! I think I would die from joy if I had nine cats, I would just keel right over and fall asleep forever, suffocated by that wonderful warm cat fur smell! I have two, Poopycakes is my big baby boy, he's about 6 and he's my precious gift from God, I pulled him out of a bush when he was a tiny baby, and Odie, a very diminutive tortie girl who is around two, and she's a joy, and she's a little bit stupid but we love her anyway.

Welcome home!
