Welcome Crafty!

It is pretty scary when you see your numbers "up in lights" for the first time isn't it?

I think one of things that has helped me personally is to not hide from the numbers or the mirror anymore. I wasn't really fat if I didn't know how much I weighed, or really looked at myself in a mirror (yeah right!).

Mirrors and I have never gotten along, I now have one on my desk at work that I occasionally take a peek in - just my face and not just a quick look to see if I have anything on it. Accepting everything and myself has really helped my mind-set. Also knowing that with this way of eating, I am in controll of myself finally.

We can do this!!!
