Sorry so late today but got up late and had to head to Colorado with the boys and Dakoda's girlfriend. We had such a fun time all together. Who knows when we'll all be together again especially with Dakoda and Julia moving to China. Today was really special. I have to say K Bobs was really a disappointment. I love their "salad wagon" but the other food was just not up to the quality they served in the past so that will be my last trip there. Tomorrow is mommy and me day so that should be fun.

Cricket I will give you a call tomorrow. I'm so happy to hear you are dropping the water retention already. Good luck with your veggies...Thank you Carl for feeding our Momma Cricket!

Chrissie i'm so so happy to hear you are back on track and already showing a big loss. That is what keeps us motivated especially getting back into ketosis and fighting the hunger. I'm so proud of you!!

Barb I hope you burned lots of fat catching up on that laundry. It's funny I do best with my eating when Chris is gone. Lucky for me depression makes me not want to eat and i'm more focused on me not "us".

Paulette i'm so jealous of your low temps...it was 90 here today...i'll send you some heat & you send me some cool and we'll both settle around a nice comfy temp like 80

Himi tomorrow is a new game..a new beginning. I'm sure you'll rock the next game!

Jodi I hope things are well with you and that you had a good show last weekend.

Good luck on the new game ladies!

"CHRISSIE: Great job on the whoosh! Also, I can totally relate to how you've been feeling since you got back. When I stray a little when on vacation, my intent is to get right back on plan and induction the day we are traveling back. However, it seems to take a few days to totally get back on it. Just when I would think I have the carb cravings beat, I would cave. I would go all day with my meals and eat on plan and then eat something totally ridiculous at night. I then tried to commit to not eating anything after my supper meal, which seems to work for me. Your on your way and will do fine. We're all cheering you on!"
BARB.....thank you so much for this!!!
it helps me SO much when someone tells me they have gone through the exact same thing as i have

I know this chart will need some updates but since the team is having a slow day it can wait until evening I got to chat with KAthy today and she is doing so well.I miss you all tons. I am not on the NC correctly yet.I have been having veggies with bacon grease..all unweighed thnx to hubbby and a beef patty frozen angus burger for dinner... grilled the life out of them.no fat left.no taste.just chewy brown stuff. I will admit to bagel carbs.total cals are still on lower side. As I feel better can get out of bed more and not scream in pain, I will be on NC more.I still have no real interest in foods.just want my tummy lined for the 15 pills I am taking. Glad you all can disypher the KLAQ speak on my end. Maybe have Snowy read the posts from me and she can then let you know what i am saying!
This is it for the night for me.Heading back to bed. Hope the Kitchen is perfect for you HIMI.. hope you are not bouncing around BARB.. myopics will have problems as we get older with the torn retina and some moderation will avoid the issues. CHRITSSIE... great going on the walks and you WILL be in full controll again, my young OCD GF ..KATHY enjoy Mommy and me days. Wish I had those!PAULETTE..I can picture you gathering seeds and saving them.
SEE you all later tomorrow... this may be a fast game i hope! Next will be 5 pounders as well.Have a great nightXO

PAULETTE: I knew you had to be busy when I didn't see your early morning post. I see you're still in the Mabel Mobile! Hope you see a loss tomorrow.

CRICKET: You had lots of posts today....you must be getting antsy! Hopefully, you take this game tomorrow. You are due for a win!

I'm bouncing around with my weight a little, but not on the back of the bike. I re-read the information the doctor gave me regarding the gel separation, and felt a little better about things. However, I'm still not taking any chances with it and am staying off the bike for awhile. We don't have much planned the next several weeks and I get rechecked on the 21st which is 4-5 days before we leave for Myrtle Beach, so hopefully, everything is okay then.

Congrats to JODI for her win this weekend.

CHRISSIE: Great job on your loss again today and with your daily exercise. Keep it going!

KATHY: Sorry to hear your meal at K Bob's wasn't what you were expecting. It sounds like it wasn't up to its usual standards. However, since on this WOL, I've eaten off-plan foods occasionally where I was really looking forward to the food. However, it never seems to taste as good as I was expecting or remembered.

Glad to hear you had some good times with your son and his girlfriend before he has to leave for China. Enjoy your time with you mom.

HIMI: Hope you get a chance to post a loss before Cricket takes the game!

Back down a little, yay-- also the hungries seem to have fled. I had 2 days of just starving to death --havent been so hungry in months, not sure what the dealio was. But today was back to normal.

Thanks Cricket the kitchen is sooo nice to have-- used my gas convection oven for the first time tonight! Cooked a pork loin roast, also roasted some mixed veggies (celery and sliced radishes for me, potatoes and carrots for the carb-eaters, a bit of onion for everyone)

Glad to see your watery-whoosh-away Cricket!
Congrats Chrissie and Barb on heading the right direction so soon. Chrissie how much/how far are you walking?
Sorry you have to practice patience Paulette, I bet you a poised on the edge of a nice big freefall.
Glad you got to enjoy some family time Kathy, and in such a nice part of the country too-- I lived in UT for 14 years, I love and miss the west.
