I posted after taking time writing... I found a darn gain today
had too many calories with carbs and prots in line, this is getting frustrating for me but I will keep trying and hope that soon I will find my way damn down again ... in the meantime I sincerily hope all the team to be more successful, and hope this helps even a little bit!!!
