Would LOVE to get to 141 this month, my HALFWAY mark, or even touch the 130s! It's a short month, I have a business trip, my BDay, and, a week of vacation...We'll see! Also, like so many of you, I want to exercise more! Some walking, stretching, yoga, and basics: push ups, jumping jacks... I have the food down, now I just need to fully commit to movement.
