2/1 168.4

I got a new scale which weighs a little higher than the old one. I have been holding at a rounded 168 for a month now. Today I will start recording the 10ths.

Good luck. My scale only does 1/2 pounds and that's the way I like it. Those 10ths mess with my mind,

January loss = 4 pounds

Goals for February: lose 5 more pounds; walk for an hour at least 4 days per week; go out dancing at least ONCE this month! Used to LOVE to dance till my knees got to where they couldn't take it anymore. Now that I've quit carrying around about 70 of my excess pounds, it's time to revive the dancing! Don't y'all agree? Just gotta talk hubby into it...

FEBRUARY 2015
2/01: 145.8 u

Would LOVE to get to 141 this month, my HALFWAY mark, or even touch the 130s! It's a short month, I have a business trip, my BDay, and, a week of vacation...We'll see! Also, like so many of you, I want to exercise more! Some walking, stretching, yoga, and basics: push ups, jumping jacks... I have the food down, now I just need to fully commit to movement.
