Question Vitamins

I have been reading all your threads and I have been LCing for 1 week now. I have read Dr.Atkins' New Diet Revolution. I Feel like I am doing good. I just don't understand what vitmins I am supposed to be taking I take a multivitamin but other then that what should I be taking. I have this lower abdominal cramping after 6 days and I am not sure what it is from. I looked over and over again in the book but all those vitamins confuse me and I just want someone to spell it out in laymen terms.

The Atkins book is a bit confusing on this because he is basing his recommendation on his own brand. Many people choose not to use it because of the price.

Here's the bare bones

A good brand multivitamin
Potassium 400 mg per day (this is higher than what the bottle dosages say, but they don't account for people drinking as much as we do.)
Calcium-Magnesium mixture
