Default Aloe Juice

I picked up some aloe juice today because I heard it helps some with weight loss. It also claims to be great for digestiev track health and oral health. Has any one tried this and how well did it work if it did?

I figure at 0 calories and 0 carbs, it shouldn't hurt to try. It does have a little sodium though.

Aloe vera juice is a very effective laxative In fact, it has a more purgative effect than senna or cascara sagrada, and should be used with caution. It's not recommended to use for longer than 7 - 10 days in a row, or severe dehydration and mineral depletion can occur (particularly potassium and magnesium).

Aloe vera juice treated/healed my stomach lining and villi from gluten damage, IMO.
