Yes, you do need to keep your cheese to 1-2 ozs a day....tops!!
IMO, yes you do need to move onto phase II....how about you have 1 piece of fruit a day for a while. Doing that and keeping your cheese intake down will make a difference for you.

As of this morning I have added in some strawberries and I have been keeping the cheese way down.

Can someone tell me if there is a sugar-free fudgsickle that does not contain Maltitol? The Fudgsickle brand has malt, and I can't have that either. Thanx.

The box i have here says it has maltodextrin...so I'd not eat them if you can't have malt or maltitol.
Sorry!

Maltodextrin is the filler they use in Splenda. Don't know why they named it like that. It's gluten free. What brand of fudgsickles do you have???

So...my dinner tonight was spanish mackerel filet in evoo and lemon juice with spices and herbs...roasted on 325 for 12 minutes.....lovely!!
The veggies I hd with it were onions, red bell peppers and mushrooms sauteed togther in evoo, crushed red pepper, grated garlic and some lime juice for tang.
I ate 1/2 of the veggies with my fish and the other half went into a frittata that is now done......for lunch tomorrow and the next day.

I love having leftovers to do stuff with.
