Good morning!! What a find of information here!! I have been doing Atkins for 10 days and have had some weight loss...most of it I think is water...but none-the-less, I feel much better going without all those carbs.....I do think Iwill switch over to schwarzbien tho because I am feeling slightly 'deprived'..a small bowl of oatmeal sounds good!! I have not been hungry on Atkins...but I have always kind of followed what my body was telling me...if it was broccoli I wanted, the that was what I ate...I can live w/o all the breads and I am sure I can figure out a way to make some bran muffins?
One question....is raw honey ok?? In moderation of course...I am allegic to all the aritificial sweetners.....and stevia leaves me with a very bitter taste in my mouth....not really pleasant in a cup of tea!!

As I understand it the good doc would rather you had a LITTLE honey than anything fake.
But the amounts are not huge..but then I don't need to tell you that I am sure.
I too like my oatmeal on occassion.
I don't have it everyday anymore though.
I just don't "need" it as much.
I hope that makes sense?
