Question 6sec.abs- did i waste my money?

Hi everyone, yesterday i sent for 6 sec. abs exerciser. i am wondering if anyone has used one and if they are worth the money? I would appreciate some input.

Unless you've got a very low fact content its going to take a lot longer than 6 second workouts to see some abs

I have the 6 sec ab exerciser. The 6 sec refers to how long it takes you to do the crunch correctly. I like the fact that you can not cheat with it. You have to do the crunch correctly or the device will not "click". You will understand when you get it. I like that it isolates your lower abs and obliques. You can definately feel it when you are working. I also like that it has different resistance levels, my husband and I both use it. Best of luck!!
