Default Adding creatine and glutamine to protein shake?

I have protein shakes when i wake up, post workout and before bed. Is it ok for me to add creatine and/or glutamine to my shakes?

I was also confused when to add which supplements. I believe i should add creatine post-workout and glutamine before bed. Is this right?

Thanks for the help.

I think the glutamine helps your body use the creatine since usually the creatine needs some kind of sugar to be transported to the muscles. I'm not totally sure, I'm sorry, but I know my zero carb protein shake (Isopure) has glutamine and creatine in it.
