Default Spice Up That Tomato Juice

Since I take bp meds every day I have to worry about potassium loss, and I prefer to get my nutrients via diet rather than supplements wherever I can, I was drinking a glass of tomato juice each morning. (I'm really looking forward to that again when I'm off induction...) I find "naked" tomato juice to be somewhat bland, I started looking at the packaged Bloody Mary mixes out there. Imagine my surprise when sugar was top of the list for most of them!

So I sat down one lazy Saturday with most of the contents of my spice cupboard, a big bottle of V8 juice, and a goal of solving this one for myself. I came up with this evil-looking concentrated paste that when added to tomato juice provides the kick that it so desperately needed. (Not to mention that it feels more filling when your taste buds are stimulated.)

Anyway, here is the result of that experimentation.
