Default Where are menus for "mea and eggs" fast?

I'm desparate, again.....was doing induction for 8-12 days and I ate sugar on an airplane.
I want to try meat and eggs, but need the DETAILS ...ie. how much/what fat( mayo? butter?) what meat...bacon, etc.

The meat and egg fast is just something made up by a member of another forum, so basically you can eat whatever you like on it.

Personally, I think you are much better off sticking to your plan as written. Why not just recommence Induction?

All the best.

If you do decide to do meat and egg, this is the thread you need:

Under General Low Carb, click on Meat and Egg Life Program.

The first page of this thread tells you how it works, and exactly what you can eat.

Am I right in saying this is the `stillmans` rather than just something made up?

No. Stillman's is a published plan. It consists of low fat meat, eggs and some cheeses and is meant to be a short term "diet."
The "meat and egg fast" is, as I said earlier, just something made up by a member of another forum, who does not herself follow it any more.
