Woops... got up yesterday, weighed and then immediately got so busy that I forgot to post. Catching up now, then I gotta get busy again. I have a houseful of company coming this afternoon for a "house concert." Love, love, love enjoying LIVE MUSIC in my own living room surrounded by friends and friends-of-friends. Plus, I think everybody needs a few extra "good vibes" in their lives right now. How better to get it than via good music? Wish I could invite all of you, my on-line friends, as well!

Well hello Novemner!
I spent last month maintaining between 199-202 after finally getting into ONEDERLAND in September, and adjusting to a new job. I do fluctuate about 3 pounds like most so no worries about the 202. But now it's time to "get er done"! The last 25# of my journey began November 1st.

My goal this month is 195. I am also lifting weights 3 days a week and riding my bike to work when it's not raining (6 miles round trip). Smaller portions, more exercise....it's what it takes for me. Oh, I also eat once a day, ZC. I'll throw some short fasts in this month as well. I hope everyone has an amazing Novemner and resists the temptations of the holidays! We CAN make smart choices and still eat delicious food!

Onward!

11/3=202.0, lifted weights, walked 3 miles
11/4=201.4, Bike ride to and from work today(6 miles total)
11/5=201.8, it's raining, just a short walk for exercise today
11/6=201.6, lifted weights, short walk and short bike ride
11/7=201.4, yep....I need to start a fast in the next few days to get er going. No exercise today besides working all day
11/8=201.4, no exercise today (see below) (started fast 7 pm)
11/9=200.6, no exercise
11/10=198.8, short bike ride
11/11=198.0, 3 mile walk
11/12=197.6, ab workout, short walk, light weight lifting
11/13=197.0, lifted weights, ab workout, short bike ride

I'm on the slow boat to China only loosing 1lb/week
End of week 2 down 2lbs so I'm happy with that...
Not trying to win any prizes, just want to cross the finishing line... which for me would be 157 at the end of November.

Hello everyone! I've been MIA this past weekend. Had some fun with the family and stayed on plan. Even went to the movies and didn't have any popcorn, I can't believe I didn't have popcorn.

I haven't been exercising much at all, although I did go Saturday. My back has not been happy!

Not losing this month, but I'm not worried. I still feel 100% better and I'm not gaining.
