Default How successful is program

Hello all,

I am new to the board but I was on CALP a few years ago. I am now looking at following a plan again and wanted to find out how the people who are following SB find the plan. How easy to follow, weightloss success and how is your energy? I know it is a lot to ask but I am trying to figure out what I should do. I am currently off sugar for the most part. I quit at the beginning of December and except for a few minor glitches over Christmas....I am still off sugar. I am still eating some products with sugar in them but the sugar has to be low on the list.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,

Marie

Wink Hello Marie!

In the past year I lost 68 pounds on SB.

I've been on other LC PLans with some success but SB has been the easiest plan for me to follow.

It allows for a wide variety of foods that includes fruit & limited amounts of whole grains.

There is no counting of carbs or calories or fat grams. Just stick to low gylcemic foods and keep the servings of starchy carbs to 2-3 per day.

HTH

Thanks Molly. I have been looking over some of the plans and I think this is the one that is the most realistic. I was starting to just count carbs but found I wouldn't be having much fruit and grains would be non existent. I don't really like the idea of not having fruit and grains.

I think it is great you lost 68 pounds in a year....congratulations.

Marie
