New to the boards

Hi. I started Atkins in July 2006 at 205 lbs. I fell off the wagon a bit in late August to mid September because I had surgery, but I didn't gain any weight, just stopped losing! Now I'm back and looking for support.

hello

im JUST finishing up first day of induction diet. ive always counted "points" so this is new to me. im a true carb addict and HAVE to stop
