Default Hi to everybody

Hi,
I am new here and following a low carb plan for about three weeks now, I already lost about 8 kg, but right now i am a bit confused. I follow up a few plans and calculators simultaneously just to crosscheck (actually I am figuring out what/wich/how much is ok and leads to weightloss for me). I also follow up a sports program (because i am totally out of shape lol). Now here is my question:
The recommended amounts of calories seems to me a lot to high. I feel totally satisfied with about 1000 cal under the adviced amount, so shall i force myself to eat or leave it and listen to what my "body tells me"????
Thanks for your answers.
Oli

Welcome!!
Eat until you are satisfied. The more fats you eat, the sooner you are satisfied. Never eat if you are full.....
