Default Increasing Serotonin Naturally

Hello my fellow 'beiners!

I came across this link that I thought was pretty interesting. It's about naturally increasing serotonin levels and sounds very SP to me. Remember, eat your turkey!

Default Wanda has joined a cult...

~~
ANTI-AGING versus GROWING OLD ~ $100.00 64 day supply~

WTF??

Also, paragraph 16

It is also noted that there is an odor from tryptophan broken down by bacteria in the intestines.~ This means if you have a strong odor when you have a bowel movement, this can indicate you are eating more starchy carbohydrates than you should , leading to over production of tryptophan and resulting in bacterial breakdown.~ You are depleting your tryptophan levels when you over produce tryptophan.~

HMMM...mine smells like roses ...guess I'm stocked up on tryptophan! Excellent!!

Hugs Wandy!, just doing my dooty (by giving you a hard time, that is )

Hey Wanda - don't ya think it's time we passed jinxy over to LizzyBeiner - she's the queen of "bowl peering" we could have our own "Rose Bowl" Beiner Style

Edit - I see Jinxy's within 50 points of her second steak - we can expect many more potty posts till that need is fullfilled - or hop over to my journal for veggie porn -I'm digging in the cellar for Mr. Potatoe Head

AND FURTHERMORE -a la the late grate Janis Joplin

In my youth (oh so long ago) I qualified as a registered geriatric aide - part of the training required us to become sensory aware - to be blunt we were asked to sniff out problems upon entering a room - whether they be gassy old men or grannies attempting to cultivate exotic fungi [edit sp]candida style.

Now y'all know why I've researched "flatus" and what sticks in my mind is that apparantley humans find the odor of their own "flatus" pleasant - so Jinxy my question is - do we need to call in a second party to determine whether a new perfume is in the works???

ok - there is a big orange moon outside - no not a farting butt, but it's either a full moon or a new moon - me mom worked in a mad house (scott's for physcyiatric - for the politically correct) and she swears by it's effect.

Hey, try to post a serious thread and I get steak-seeking, potty-peering, veggie porn replies. OK, I'm responsible for the veggie porn, but I stand by the others.

Wanda

PS, don't volunteer me for the Jinxy perfume party!

I was reading about Aurvedic Medicine and BM's are very important indicator to the state of one's health. Also BO. One should not produce a pungent smell if one is in good health. I've noticed through different phases of my dietary journey, the smell of me changed. Any one else notice this? (patiently waiting for comments from the peanut gallery...)
