Question "Don *Somebody's*" low-carb beef, chicken entrees... name?

Is it Don Pablos or Don Miguels or who? They're (pretty good) single-serving bowls of chicken with sauce or beef with sauce (sort of a chili or colorado taste in each case).

Anyone know where I'd find the Website or nutrient info? Thanks!

Found it... anyway, these are pretty good! (For an on-the-go kind of food.)

Don Miguel Mexican Foods, Inc.

Don Miguel's "Carb Friendly" Entree bowls: Southwestern Chicken, Chicken Colorado, Steak Chili, Buffalo Style Chicken, and Pepper Steak.

They go in the microwave for like a minute and have 4-8g net carbs.

I get them from a vending machine - no idea how/where else to get them! I did, however, e-mail the company... suggest that might be the easiest route, unless there might be some specialty low carb stores that carry it.

I found these a second place besides the vending machine - the refrigerated near-the-hot-dogs-and-salads section of a 7-11.

I do see on a "Southwestern Chicken Bowl" carton a listing that mentions "2% or less" of modified food starch, plus textured wheat protein, partially hydrogenated soybean oils... and some chicken broth mix that does include corn gluten etc.
