Question "toast"

Has anybody heard of Bauducco Toast Regular? It's a new item at Ralphs supermarkets. I don't shop anywhere else besides trader joes so I don't know who else carries it. The "slices" are about 3 inches square (or so) and there's 2 slices in a serving-4 carbs. They actually taste good!

They are just what I need when I can't stomach plain cheese or want some peanut butter or something, and they are especially great when I hit a carb-craving because they taste just like crackers.

I do have one question, they are not technically on the "list of acceptable foods" and nor is peanut butter and some other things I eat (but I count carbs and don't do sugar-alcohols). Does anybody think these are okay to keep eating as long as I keep my carb levels under controll? Here are some other things on my shelves that I'm curious about:

Chocolate covered soy nuts: 2 carbs per 12 (as a treat, and I can limit myself)
Trader Joes Spicy Ranch Triangles: 5 carbs per 15 chips (very filling and crunchy, very very tasty by the way)
La Tortilla lc tortillas: 3 carbs per
Hi-lo cereal: 5 carbs per 1/2 cup
SF jello (with aspartame)

I should also mention that I'm a vegetarian so I'm just trying to get variety because of the lack of meat.

Now, none of these things are on the "induction-okay foods list" but I have been eating them, not all of them every day, but as a treat and as something to satisfy a craving when it comes, AND THEY DO COME.

If anybody has experience or an opinion about these foods on induction I'd love to hear it, as I truly TRULY want to succede, and haven't been on long enough to truly know how my body is dealing. Thank you so much!!!

Hey, if you are losing weight using these food items, then I would say these items sound fine! Just my humble opinion....
