It's almost a month I am on induction, I dropped about 10 pounds but the weight loss stalled and I am that close to cheating
To cheer myself up I baked my favorite low carb cheesecake. I know, instead of cutting the calories I kinda strayed a bit, but, at least, it was not 100% cheating and I limited myself to one piece only. My husband finished the rest off and his verdict was "diet food can't be that tasty".
Low Carb Coconut Almond Cheesecake
1 pack of full fat Original Philadelphia cream cheese (280g)
200g creamed coconut
3Tbsp desiccated coconut
5Tbsp ground almond
1 sugarfree coconut yogurt (or whipped cream) and coconut flakes for the decoration
