I usually get a steak (if not at a FF resturant) and a grilled veggie skewer and a salad. If FF I do the no bun burger or grilled chicken and a salad. I don't eat out a whole lot though. I find it much more difficult to eat out FF and usually end up with my RM then. It is hard for me because I usually want to RM again at night with my family.
I am also on several WOE plans at the moment. My kids are on an ADD diet, so that eleiminates a lot of bad things in our WOE. I am also on a candida-free eating plan so that eliminates more including a lot of things that I would have in my RM. THen add CALP to that and I am eating really really healthy!!!
the cheesesteak place reminded me of our local PennStation. You can have any sandwich fixin's put on a salad. I guess Subway does the same, but I think I like the selection at pennstation better
I just cannot get used to lc at any ff place. Their salads always taste limp and old, and the burger is just no good on it's own
