Default Baked Blue Cheese Halibut

Preheat oven to 350.

Spread a thin layer of low carb blue cheese dressing.
Place halibut on layer.
Add another layer of dressing.
Cover with sliced red onions and crumbled blue cheese.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Good stuff. A nice combination of flaky white non-fishy fish with a rich blue cheese sauce.
