I know, the stuff's EXPENSIVE! And I only buy micronized. But I was tired of everybody getting colds.

Made it easy to wrap, too.

When Sunday rolls around and all through church you're thinkin' about what workout you could be doing if you weren't there. ***feelin' guilty about not feelin' guilty***

You're going on a 4-day camping trip and you:

* do legs early in the week so you won't miss a day
* pack the dumbells
* get misty-eyed trying to explain to the long bar why it can't come.

* Your gym puts up a sign saying they're closed for one day spring cleaning a week on Sunday and you get panicky and wonder what you'll do!

LOL! My brother did that once (packed his weights) on a backpacking trip in the Grand Canyon!! We still laugh about it 15 years later.

- You throw out your bread machine to make room for those Whey Protein canisters
- You're more concerned with having clean gym socks for your workout than clean clothes for work.

* You go out and buy a set of 5 new towels to use as sweat towels as SWMBO complains about you always taking the little towels to the gym

when you go shopping at Target and the only things you can find that you want to buy are a big bottle of glucosamine and chrome dumbells in a weight you don't have yet, nothing else in the store interests you (this actually happened to me last weekend)

Default I am guilty... I can answer yes to all of them

I can relate to almost all of those ...lol...I have morning, afternoon and night routine. And I am always running out of pants..
and to think 3 months ago I got winded walking at 1.2 for 10 minutes.....
And I now schdule everything around workouts....lol REST DAY !!! WHAT that?
Just kidding..I only do one routine( walking 3 miles)We were ment to walk so I figure it is not a "real" work out , and can be done on a rest day. At least I hope I am right.

++++ when you pay extra for hotels with gyms on vaction and ask people you are visiting to "use" neighbors machines, and pool....LOL wow I must be a dork !!!!!!
