firm vs. pilates
I have the firm tapes and have been doing them for about a month. I feel that since I'm LCing, that is helping me to drop the pounds, but I need alot of toning, especially by lower abs, and upper thighs. I'm wondering if pilates is a better system for what I am trying to achieve. I just want to be able to run after my kids on the beach this summer in a bathing suit without feeling like I need to cover up! Does anyone have experience with both these workouts? I'd love to hear from someone!
