Hi Y'all here is what happened in Aug and what I will be posting the start of Sept.:
Starting Weight: 331.6 ending 324.0 (-7.6lbs)
chest:48.5 46.5 (-2")
waist:48.5 44.25 (-4.25")
stomach:57.5 53.5 (-4")
hips/butt: 54.5 52.0 (-2.5")
upper arms:18.0 15.75 (-2.25")
upper legs: 28.5 25.5 (-3.")
Total inches loss (can we double the inches on the arms & legs...there are 2 of each right
.....18 inches
Not the greatest of losses but not the worst either.
Goals will be:
1. 8lbs or more. I want to see at least the mid teens
2. Size jeans tight 20: I literally have at least 2 of each size
down to a size 14,lol.
3. Mo water, mo water, mo water..started in July not drinking water plain unless I had absolutely nothing else. Now doing 96 oz most days.
4.Less lc treats..believe it has caused some stalling
5. Increase movement walking.. whatever
