I'll be visiting Scottsdale from June 9 - 12 or 13th. The plan is to drive so I'll have my car for getting around.

Anybody have suggestions for LC friendly restaurants? How about LC friendly stores? If I find something I can't live without then I'll haul it back Canada with me

Ideas for activities/sights of interest while I'm there? Keep in mind that your *hot* temps will have me melting into a puddle of fat on the sidewalk In Vancouver 90F is considered hot (at least by me)

Being a well seasoned Vancouver BC lowcarber, (we have lots of get-togethers & new folks show up all the time) I'd love to meet for a coffee or whatever if anyone is game for that.

And if anyone is just dying to get their hands on Canadian 'pourable' SugarTwin products I'd be willing to bring some with me. (Canadian SugarTwin is often called for in Karen Barnaby's desserts like cheesecake, Tiramisu, etc) I understand it is not available in the US.

Can hardly wait for my road trip.
