Default potatos and such

Xnikxx.. my doctor explained that met helps your body NOT absorb so many carbs.. so basically what happens is they get passed through your system. I found that when I ate high carb foods (sugary desserts, or potatos, chips, etc), I would get severe diarrhea (sorry!) I soon came to the conclusion that cheating was not worth it! Even if I didn't get diarrhea the cramps were SO so painful!!! So if you DO eat simple carbs (white potatoes, bread, etc), try eating lots of protein too.. but even that can't guarantee your stomach won't have a bad reaction. Sorry!
