I know there are a lot of bacon lovers around here. I just found a brand that is utterly to die for: Niman Ranch bacon at Costco. The stuff of dreams......

I'm also curious as to what is special about this brand. I just buy the Kirkland brand. I don't remember seeing that brand at my Costco.

I love Wright's Applewood bacon. It is more expensive than other brands but so worth it!

I'm jealous. All my mom would buy is turkey bacon. I did try the kirkland one from Costco though. Yum.

I've had Niman Ranch bacon from Whole Foods -- expensive and delicious. I wish my Costco would carry it.
