Hmm the list I have says sugar free hard candy, would tic tacs be one?

If I'm reading it right tic tacs would be considered okay up to 75 calories. On Atkins they were not allowed.

Just FYI, tic tacs do have sugar in them, I was amazed to find that information on the multi pack I bought.
