Default Christi Taylor Step video--yikes!

Today I inaugurated my new workout space by cuing up one of my old favorite Step videos. I swear I used to be able to do it! This time? Whoa!! Those steps are tricky. I see that it's going to take time and patience to get my old groove back.

Still, Step choreography is so much fun and makes the sweat fly. Now that cold weather has swept in with a vengeance, I'm going to make the most of indoor workouts.

Anybody have favorites to recommend?

Davina McCall: Power of 3, it will make the sweat fly to.

I really like Leslie Sansone's workouts. She's a bit chatty, but if you can get past that her workouts are pretty darn good. I haven't heard of Christi Taylor before, but I'm gonna see if I can find her on Amazon.

I'm with you on Leslie. Good, low impact. And she's loads less annoying than other people like Denise Austin. Once you've done the vid a few times you can always pop in ear buds and drown her out.

I heart step workouts! I haven't dusted off my Cathe Friedrich (she is my favorite instructor) videos in a long time, thanks for the reminder!
