Default Nestly coffee mate, safe or not?

I have made a research in the internet and half say it has no carb but half say it doesn't safe.

I really want to drink milkshake and heavy cream is not that easy to storage when i cant finish the whole box before it spoiled.

Can i have nestly coffee mate? and is there any other recipe with it but coffee?

I'd steer clear of that stuff from reading the ingredient list even though you might take it in small doses. I've deveoped a coffee habit since I stated low carb and I finding that no sweeteners, just butter and coconut milk are working for me. Both are pretty easy to store.

oh yes, coconut milk, i have made coconut milk coffee shake in the past and it does taste good.
Recently i have used coconut milk for ice cream and found the 'low-carb coffee mate' so i got distracted and forgot about coconut milk.
Thank you alot.

You're always better off sticking with real foods rather than these chemical concoctions like coffeemate. Coconut milk is a much better choice.

Thanks Jean ) i'll take that in mind.

and thud123, how exactly do you make coffee with coconut oil ?
i used to have coconut milk shake and black coffee shake mixed together with sweetener.
i have never heard about making coffee with oil...or perhaps you use thickened coconut oil? it usually stays in liquid form in my place...

I take 15g of organic butter, 15g or so of organic coconut oil put it in a big cup. Pour in 12 oz of espresso. Use a stick blender to whip it up for about 20-30 seconds then add another 16oz of boiled water. I use a VERY large mug to whip and drink from, it's 32 oz - bought back when I used to drink sugared soda pop by the gallons.

I'll make a little video this weekend to show how and post it here. It's easy, just need the right tools.

In the US (through Amazon), you can buy powdered heavy cream. Can you find something like that where you are?

Here's the link to what I have bought: Hoosier Powdered Heavy Cream

Wow! Powdered cream could be a life saver when traveling. After getting stuck with nothing but those hotel powered packets I began taking a small ice chest with my own cream.

How's the flavor of the powered cream?

Love <video link removed for ease of quoting> this! I have heard it called a BPC, or bulletproof Coffee. Love the name coffatty though!
I very occasionally add a tbsp of double cream ('heavy' to USA users) but have found that I have to be 'in the mood' to drink that, because it does make the drink quite dense.

However, a 'coffatty' is my 'go to' in the mornings. Particularly on the days I work, because lunchtimes are varied and set by my supervisor....

One of these, at around 07:30, and I'm totally good until at least midday!
